Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance Nusantics' reputation as an employer of choice.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring outcomes.
- Organize and participate in career fairs, networking events, and other talent engagement activities.
- Foster strong relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry groups.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, or a related HR function.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of employer branding strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
