In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and retention. Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Bali and beyond.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Conduct employee orientation and facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as required by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and employees.
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, etc.).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
