Responsibility

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on talent retention and organizational development.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compliance with local labor laws, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Streamline administrative processes, including office management, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
  • Maintain HRIS and data analytics to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a multicultural environment.
  • Proven expertise in Indonesian labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Passion for fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
