Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on talent retention and organizational development.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compliance with local labor laws, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Streamline administrative processes, including office management, vendor relations, and facility coordination.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Maintain HRIS and data analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., BambooHR, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
