Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Handle employee benefits administration, including health insurance, leave management, and other welfare programs.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Oversee office administration, including facility management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, mitigating legal risks.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and general affairs, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration is a plus.
