Responsibility
- Assist in talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and pipelining candidates for APAC roles.
- Support HR operations, such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Conduct market research on HR trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent analytics to inform decision-making.
- Participate in HR projects, such as diversity & inclusion programs or employee engagement surveys.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide administrative support.
- Contribute to the creation of HR reports and presentations for leadership review.
- Assist in organizing HR events, workshops, or training sessions for employees.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR, talent management, or organizational development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with HRIS tools is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior internship or volunteer experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
