Responsibility
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for high-volume blue-collar roles in Australia, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, including skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and implement efficient sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the company’s ATS/CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless recruitment workflows and exceptional candidate experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in volume hiring or blue-collar sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Australian job market and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, ATS, and CRM tools.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
