Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across Malaysia, Australia, and Hong Kong, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee administration, including contract management, payroll coordination, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and alignment with regional regulations.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and career development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR projects, such as diversity and inclusion programs or employee engagement activities.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, preferably with regional exposure.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in Malaysia, Australia, or Hong Kong.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia) are a plus.
