Responsibility
- Manage daily attendance records and ensure accurate, timely data entry into HR systems.
- Prepare and process employee documentation, including promotion letters, demotion notices, and other personnel-related forms.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and local labor regulations.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation and exit interviews.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and productivity.
- Maintain confidential HR files and databases with meticulous attention to detail.
- Support payroll processing by verifying attendance, leave balances, and other relevant data.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns professionally, fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in HR administration, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Proficient in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive employee information.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a growing organization.
