Responsibility
- Process and manage monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other statutory benefits, while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Maintain and update employee records, including contracts, personal information, and attendance data, using HRIS tools.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues, providing guidance on company policies, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll data, tax deductions, and other financial reports.
- Support recruitment efforts by assisting with onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and new hire integration.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports, such as turnover rates, attendance trends, and benefits utilization, to support data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated on local labor regulations and industry best practices to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll, benefits administration, or employee relations.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations, including tax and social security compliance.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., SAP, BambooHR, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international setting is highly desirable.
