Responsibility
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and campus hiring initiatives.
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by promoting Garudafood as an employer of choice.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to track key metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar role; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Indonesia.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new HR software.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for talent acquisition.
