Responsibility
- Talent Sourcing & Screening: Identify, engage, and evaluate candidates through job boards, social media, and networking to match them with suitable roles.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, clients, and placements in our CRM system.
- Negotiation & Offer Management: Assist in salary negotiations and extend job offers, ensuring terms are competitive and fair for all parties.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Sales & Business Development: Contribute to business growth by identifying new client opportunities and promoting Trust Recruit’s services.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English; ability to engage confidently with clients and candidates.
- People-Oriented: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships and understanding people’s motivations.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
- Sales Aptitude: A proactive and target-driven mindset with an interest in sales or business development.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve in a dynamic industry.
- Work Authorization: Must be legally eligible to work in Indonesia (visa sponsorship may be discussed for exceptional candidates).
