Responsibility
- Identify and engage with high-potential clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in various industries to drive business growth.
- Source, screen, and match top-tier candidates to client vacancies, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
- Negotiate and close placement deals, meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective strategies for candidate sourcing and client acquisition.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in training and mentorship programs to continuously improve your skills and knowledge in recruitment and sales.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruitment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for closing deals and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering value to clients and candidates.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate sourcing techniques is a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a bonus.
