Responsibility
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into the company.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and participate in employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events, wellness programs, and cultural activities.
- Assist in the administration of HR policies, benefits, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and analytics to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
- Contribute to special HR projects, such as employer branding, diversity and inclusion initiatives, or HR process optimization.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources, recruitment, and employee engagement, with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning new HR software/tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
