Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract experienced professionals for key roles across KPMGās service lines.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct screening interviews and assess candidatesā qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with KPMGās values.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiations, onboarding, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles to support business growth and succession planning.
- Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to enhance employer branding and promote KPMG as a top employer in Bali and beyond.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring mid-to-senior-level professionals in competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate assessment, interview techniques, and offer management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR analytics tools (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
