Responsibility
- Design, implement, and optimize HR processes to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with company values and legal requirements.
- Oversee the performance management system, including goal-setting, evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
- Lead employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and career growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify HR needs and deliver scalable solutions.
- Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other digital tools to streamline workflows.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to drive informed decision-making and process improvements.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement and well-being programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on process improvement and systems implementation.
- Proven track record of developing and executing HR policies, performance systems, and training programs.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and other HR software tools (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and adaptive mindset.
