As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. You will work closely with department heads to ensure our HR policies and practices support both our employees and the company’s strategic objectives. Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave management, and performance incentives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees and management to foster professional growth.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
  • Organize and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a retail or supply chain industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle sensitive and complex employee issues.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
