Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with company goals to drive organizational growth and employee satisfaction.
- Lead talent acquisition and retention initiatives, including employer branding, recruitment strategies, and onboarding programs.
- Design and implement performance management systems, including KPIs, appraisals, and career development pathways.
- Spearhead learning and development programs to upskill employees and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Partner with leadership to identify workforce gaps and propose solutions for talent pipeline development.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as wellness programs, team-building activities, and feedback mechanisms.
- Analyze HR metrics and present data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role focusing on people development and strategic HR.
- Proven track record in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and best practices in HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools to track and report on HR KPIs.
- Certifications such as SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD are advantageous.
