Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop, implement, and enforce company policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Lead payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies to support business growth.
- Manage general affairs, including office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide strategic recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Resolve employee grievances and conflicts professionally, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure health, safety, and welfare standards are met in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and General Affairs, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
- Experience in the hospitality, tourism, or service industry is a plus.
