Responsibility
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for US-based roles using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews, schedule assessments, and maintain clear communication with hiring managers and candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align hiring strategies with business objectives and workforce planning.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
- Provide administrative support to the Recruiting Team, including preparing job descriptions, posting openings, and managing candidate documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, with a focus on US hiring markets.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in high-volume or niche roles.
- Strong familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS software).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of US employment laws, hiring practices, and compliance requirements is a plus.
