Responsibility
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers for clinical, administrative, and support roles.
- Employer Branding: Develop and execute strategies to enhance Your Physioâs employer brand, showcasing our culture, values, and career opportunities across digital and local platforms.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for high-demand roles, leveraging job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all hiring processes adhere to local labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to inform strategic decisions.
- Onboarding Coordination: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the team and company culture.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or service industries.
- Recruitment Tools: Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges creatively.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
