Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and company events.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies, conducting regular audits and updates.
- Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters, fostering a positive work environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and recommend solutions to enhance workforce productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
