Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for clinic staff and consultants.
  • Oversee HR administration, including employee records, contracts, payroll coordination, and compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Handle office operations, such as procurement, inventory management, and facility maintenance to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client and vendor coordination, ensuring smooth communication and timely service delivery.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Assist in performance management, including evaluations, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
  • Support business development activities by preparing reports, analyzing HR metrics, and contributing to strategic planning.
  • Organize and facilitate team meetings, events, and training sessions to foster collaboration and professional growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, general affairs, or administrative roles, preferably in the healthcare, beauty, or consultancy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in recruitment, payroll processing, or office management is a plus.
