As a key member of our team, you will help drive efficiency, foster a positive work environment, and support the strategic growth of our clinic consultancy services. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of professionalism and service that define our brand.
Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for clinic staff and consultants.
- Oversee HR administration, including employee records, contracts, payroll coordination, and compliance with local labor regulations.
- Handle office operations, such as procurement, inventory management, and facility maintenance to ensure a productive work environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client and vendor coordination, ensuring smooth communication and timely service delivery.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Assist in performance management, including evaluations, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
- Support business development activities by preparing reports, analyzing HR metrics, and contributing to strategic planning.
- Organize and facilitate team meetings, events, and training sessions to foster collaboration and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, general affairs, or administrative roles, preferably in the healthcare, beauty, or consultancy industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll processing, or office management is a plus.
