Responsibility

  • Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with ZEF Energy’s business goals and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage general affairs functions, including office administration, facilities management, and vendor relations to ensure smooth operations.
  • Lead performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans for employees.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth within the organization.
  • Monitor HR metrics and generate reports for management to inform decision-making and improve HR processes.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations in the workplace.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and general affairs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
