Responsibility
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding, to attract top-tier candidates for critical roles.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in accordance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions, with a focus on fair and transparent outcomes.
- Design and execute performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and career development programs.
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration, ensuring competitive packages and adherence to payroll accuracy.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, wellness programs, and culture-building events.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain HRIS and data analytics to track key metrics (e.g., turnover, retention) and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a generalist or talent acquisition role, preferably in multinational or construction/engineering sectors.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian labor law and employment regulations, with experience managing compliance audits.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal). Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Experience in change management and organizational development within a fast-growing or diverse workforce.
- Problem-solving mindset with a track record of implementing process improvements in HR operations.
