Responsibility
- Oversee and implement HR systems, tools, and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain performance management frameworks to align employee goals with company objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll in compliance with local labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and discretion.
- Conduct HR training sessions and workshops to foster skill development and workplace engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies across all HR functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational growth and cultural initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in the travel, tourism, or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards in Indonesia/Philippines.
- Proven experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and performance management tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
