Responsibility

  • Assist in the administration of payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
  • Support HR operations, including benefits administration, leave management, and compliance.
  • Coordinate HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and performance reviews.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with confidentiality and precision.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics for management review.
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers for HR-related services.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software; experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
