Responsibility
- Talent Pipeline Development: Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring only the best candidates move forward.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for easy retrieval and reporting.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide timely updates on candidate progress.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging talent pools to refine sourcing strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Sourcing Expertise: Strong skills in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify top talent.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including recruiters, hiring managers, and HR business partners.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome recruitment challenges and improve processes.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a dynamic recruitment landscape.
