In this role, you will play a key part in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and day-to-day office administration. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a productive and engaging work culture while maintaining compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Responsibility

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in HR databases and filing systems.
  • Process payroll and benefits administration, liaising with external vendors and internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Coordinate office administrative tasks, including supply management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and HR-related documentation.
  • Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, including work permits and visa processing for expatriate employees.
  • Provide general support to the HR and management teams, including ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, administrative, or office management roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential employee information.
  • Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
