In this role, you will play a key part in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and day-to-day office administration. Responsibility
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in HR databases and filing systems.
- Process payroll and benefits administration, liaising with external vendors and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Coordinate office administrative tasks, including supply management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and HR-related documentation.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, including work permits and visa processing for expatriate employees.
- Provide general support to the HR and management teams, including ad-hoc reporting and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, administrative, or office management roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential employee information.
- Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
