Responsibility
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers to ensure accurate records.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
- Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract qualified applicants.
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Assist in HR administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
- Collaborate with the HR team to organize recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software (e.g., ATS) is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Passion for talent acquisition and people management with a proactive attitude.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
