Responsibility
- Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to match skills with job requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide after-hours support for urgent recruitment requests and candidate inquiries.
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand client needs and refine search strategies.
- Develop and nurture a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare and present candidate shortlists with detailed profiles for client review.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and data protection regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a related HR role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job boards, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and clients professionally.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.
- Flexibility to provide after-hours support as needed to accommodate global time zones.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple candidate profiles.
- Familiarity with Australian recruitment markets and labor laws is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
