As an HR Staff, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and HR administrative tasks. Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR-related events.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support the HR team in implementing HR initiatives and improving internal processes.
- Prepare and distribute HR reports and analytics as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to different office locations in Bali.
