Responsibility
- Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring seamless HR operations.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive workforce planning.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and career development initiatives.
- Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and build a high-performing workforce.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations while fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial or business partner role.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HRIS and data analytics tools to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strategic mindset.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
