Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring seamless HR operations.
  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive workforce planning.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and career development initiatives.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and build a high-performing workforce.
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations while fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial or business partner role.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and data analytics tools to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strategic mindset.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
