Responsibility
- Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies tailored to client needs, focusing on talent management and organizational development.
- Conduct workforce analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Support recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various client roles.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver HR training programs and workshops.
- Monitor and evaluate HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key HR metrics and trends.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to address workplace concerns and foster a positive work environment.
- Participate in client meetings to understand business challenges and propose HR solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role (internships included).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret HR data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
