Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding for F&B roles.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale, retention, and workplace satisfaction.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and performance management.
- Coordinate payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management in collaboration with finance teams.
- Organize training and development initiatives to upskill staff and align with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reporting for audits and strategic decision-making.
- Support workplace health and safety programs to ensure a secure and productive environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the Food & Beverage or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, labor laws, and HR best practices in Indonesia/Malaysia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS software, Microsoft Office, and data management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin is a plus.
