Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to support business growth.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and performance issues with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Drive HR strategic initiatives, such as workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Handle industrial relations matters, including negotiations with unions or employee representatives, where applicable.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, as well as international HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
