Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and healthcare industry standards.
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior management, providing expert advice on HR-related matters.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to attract and retain top healthcare professionals.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Design and manage performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international HR best practices.
- Drive employee development programs, including training and career progression initiatives.
- Manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business success.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and international HR practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
