Responsibility

  • Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company standards.
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and supervise administrative operations, including office management, facilities, and vendor relationships.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, including training and development programs, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.
  • Monitor and address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives and organizational growth.
  • Ensure a safe, productive, and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, payroll processing, and employee relations management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
