Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures in compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide QHSE training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of safety.
- Monitor environmental performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QHSE considerations into project planning and execution.
- Prepare and submit QHSE reports to management and regulatory bodies as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve QHSE standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in QHSE roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Certification in QHSE (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of local and international QHSE regulations and standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and QHSE management software.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
