Responsibility
- Design and deliver comprehensive communication training programs tailored to the needs of our employees.
- Conduct workshops and seminars on effective communication, presentation skills, and interpersonal communication.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to employees to enhance their communication skills.
- Develop training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia resources.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Communications Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Knowledge of various training methodologies and techniques.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop effective training solutions.
