Responsibility
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Assist in the administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Process payroll and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR-related matters.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, including HR newsletters and policy updates.
- Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is a plus.
