Join Revenue Valley as an Assistant Manager - Human Resources (F&B) and play a pivotal role in shaping the people and culture of our dynamic Food & Beverage team in Bali. We are seeking a passionate, people-focused HR professional to oversee end-to-end HR functions, ensuring a thriving workplace where talent is nurtured, and organizational goals are met.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management. Your expertise will help foster a positive work environment, align HR strategies with business objectives, and ensure compliance with local labor laws. If you are a proactive, empathetic leader with a knack for building strong relationships, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven industry.

Based in the vibrant heart of Bali—whether in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung—you’ll be part of a company that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence. Revenue Valley offers a competitive salary, career growth opportunities, and the chance to work in one of the world’s most sought-after destinations.

Responsibility

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for F&B staff, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to the F&B industry and local regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative workplace culture.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development plans.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and align with company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal policies, including payroll, benefits, and work permits.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage.
