Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the education center, ensuring alignment with organizational values and job requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent, including job postings, social media campaigns, and networking events.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide insights on market trends and talent availability.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and organized candidate data.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications to ensure candidate suitability.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, career days, and other recruitment events to promote Newton Education Center as an employer of choice.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to management, highlighting key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the education or nonprofit sector.
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and recruitment best practices.
