Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive leadership development programs aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs for managers and emerging leaders.
  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure training programs address current and future leadership requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs using metrics such as participation rates, feedback, and performance improvements.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, and multimedia content.
  • Mentor and guide high-potential employees through personalized development plans.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in leadership development and incorporate innovative methodologies into programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering leadership training programs in corporate or academic settings.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and talent development frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Proficiency in LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Moodle).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training ROI and impact on business performance.
  • Certifications in HR, Training, or Coaching (e.g., SHRM, ATD, ICF) are highly desirable.
