Responsibility
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures across all retail locations in Bali
- Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding for retail staff
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee performance and career growth
- Handle employee relations matters and ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Support store managers with workforce planning and scheduling optimization
- Organize employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture
- Manage HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records
- Collaborate with corporate HR on regional initiatives and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or fashion industry
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion
- Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and travel between retail locations as needed
