As the bridge between our corporate HR team and retail staff, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring operational excellence. You'll work closely with store managers to implement HR policies, drive employee engagement initiatives, and support our growing team of fashion enthusiasts. Responsibility

  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures across all retail locations in Bali
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding for retail staff
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee performance and career growth
  • Handle employee relations matters and ensure compliance with local labor laws
  • Support store managers with workforce planning and scheduling optimization
  • Organize employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture
  • Manage HR documentation and maintain accurate employee records
  • Collaborate with corporate HR on regional initiatives and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in retail or fashion industry
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and travel between retail locations as needed
