Responsibility
- Source, screen, and recruit skilled laborers and MEP professionals for client projects.
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate job offers and ensure smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other outreach activities to attract top talent.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in outsourcing or staffing agencies.
- Strong understanding of the construction, MEP, or skilled labor industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for recruitment events.
