Responsibility

  • Source, screen, and recruit skilled laborers and MEP professionals for client projects.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate job offers and ensure smooth onboarding processes for placed candidates.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and other outreach activities to attract top talent.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in outsourcing or staffing agencies.
  • Strong understanding of the construction, MEP, or skilled labor industries.
