Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate and facilitate performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks to ensure organizational alignment.
- Handle payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities and wellness programs.
- Address employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution support.
- Conduct HR analytics and reporting to track key metrics like turnover, retention, and hiring efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (preferred for Bali-based roles).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and policy implementation.
- Certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
