Responsibility
- Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
- Manage employee performance evaluations, career development plans, and training programs.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and fairness.
- Coordinate compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Experience with HR software and tools for recruitment, payroll, and performance management.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve conflicts and make data-driven decisions.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
