Responsibility

  • Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
  • Manage employee performance evaluations, career development plans, and training programs.
  • Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with professionalism and fairness.
  • Coordinate compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
