Responsibility

  • Process and manage end-to-end payroll for multiple clients with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare and distribute payroll reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Assist in audits and provide documentation as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with multi-country payroll is a plus.
  • Certification in payroll management (e.g., CPP, FPC) is an advantage.
