Responsibility
- Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for open positions across all departments.
- Conduct job analysis and collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job postings.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, ensuring a diverse talent pipeline.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring teams to assess candidate fit.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding for new hires.
- Implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s reputation as a top employer in Bali.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) to optimize processes.
- Assist in employee engagement programs, including orientation, training, and retention strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist roles.
- Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software (e.g., BambooHR, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
