As an HR & Admin Executive, you will be the backbone of our HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, leave balances, and performance reviews.
  • Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee office administration, including managing supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
