Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, leave balances, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee office administration, including managing supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
- Organize and coordinate company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
